Your Sovereignty
Is Sacred

Cosmic

So is mine.

Every experience is an invitation, never an obligation. Every person arrives with their own wisdom, agency, boundaries, and responsibility. We enter shared spaces through informed consent, mutual respect, transparent agreements, and

the understanding that true transformation cannot be forced, purchased, or promised.

We honor the freedom to choose, the courage to communicate, and the responsibility to uphold the agreements we consciously enter.

Terms &

Conditions

Cosmic

Welcome. Come as you are.

This is a space for exploration, connection, creation, and meaningful transformation. Whether you are joining a retreat, participating in a gathering, receiving mentorship, engaging in breathwork, purchasing a digital resource, or collaborating on an immersive experience, you are invited to arrive as your whole, sovereign self.

We believe that true empowerment begins with choice, that participation is an invitation rather than an obligation, and that meaningful experiences are built on trust, transparency, and mutual responsibility.

These Terms & Conditions describe our shared agreements.

Effective Date: October 18, 2026

1. Who We Are

AH Empowers offers immersive experience design and production, retreats, community gatherings, educational programming, mentorship, facilitation, digital resources, and related services.

The website is operated by Ashleigh, doing business as AH Empowers where applicable.

By accessing our website, registering for an experience, purchasing a product, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Sovereignty, Consent & Personal Responsibility

We honor every person's inherent dignity, autonomy, freedom of choice, and right to self-determination.

Participation in any practice, discussion, exercise, or experiential offering is voluntary. You may ask questions, decline participation, establish boundaries, request reasonable accommodations, or withdraw consent at any time.

Consent is ongoing. It is not assumed because you purchased a ticket, entered a space, or previously said yes.

We ask participants to honor these same rights in others.

Personal sovereignty also includes responsibility for the commitments and agreements you knowingly enter. Choosing not to participate in an activity does not automatically cancel a financial agreement or create a refund entitlement.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.

3. Nature of Our Offerings

Our services may include:

  • Retreats, events, ceremonies, workshops, and immersive experiences

  • Breathwork, meditation, sound experiences, and facilitated personal exploration

  • Educational courses, mentorship, and business strategy

  • Experience design, consulting, and event production

  • Memberships, community spaces, and digital resources

  • Physical goods, when expressly listed for sale

Our offerings are intended for education, personal development, recreation, community connection, and creative exploration as described on their respective pages.

They are not substitutes for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice or treatment. No diagnosis, prescription medication, or controlled substance is offered or sold through AH Empowers.

4. Informed Participation & Well-Being

Some experiences may involve movement, emotional reflection, meditation, breathwork, sound, or other activities that can affect participants differently.

You are encouraged to make informed decisions about your participation, communicate relevant accessibility or safety needs, and seek appropriate professional guidance when necessary.

Certain practices may have specific health considerations. We will communicate known material risks and any applicable participation requirements before an activity.

You remain free to decline an activity without pressure, shame, punishment, or exclusion from unrelated activities where reasonably feasible.

Our facilitators may modify or discontinue an activity when necessary for participant safety.

5. Registration, Payment & Financial Agreements

Prices, deposits, payment schedules, and included services will be described on the relevant offering or checkout page.

By purchasing or booking, you authorize the specified charges and agree to the disclosed payment terms.

Where payment plans are offered, their due dates, amounts, and cancellation obligations will be disclosed before purchase.

Payment plans are not automatically subscriptions and do not automatically terminate upon withdrawal from a fixed-term program. Any remaining obligations depend on your specific purchase agreement and applicable law.

We do not impose undisclosed fees.

6. Experience Details & Changes

We make good-faith efforts to provide accurate information about our events, programs, venues, facilitators, schedules, and deliverables.

Occasionally, circumstances outside our control require adjustments.

We will communicate material changes as promptly as reasonably possible. Any cancellation, rescheduling, or substantial change will be handled according to the applicable Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy and any specific event agreement.

7. Respectful Participation & Community Agreements

We create spaces where people can belong without needing to abandon themselves.

Participants agree to respect boundaries, confidentiality, physical safety, and the dignity of others.

Harassment, discrimination, threats, unwanted physical contact, coercion, intimidation, or conduct that compromises safety are not permitted.

We may intervene, set boundaries, or remove a participant for serious or repeated violations, with refunds determined under applicable law and the relevant agreement.

8. Privacy, Photography & Personal Stories

Your personal experiences and stories belong to you.

Participation does not grant permission for your image, voice, private disclosures, or personal story to be used for promotional purposes.

Where photography or recording occurs, we will disclose this and provide applicable consent choices. Additional written permission will be requested for identifiable promotional testimonials or personal stories.

We ask everyone to honor the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants, while recognizing that we cannot guarantee the conduct of every attendee.

9. Intellectual Property & Creative Stewardship

The original content, educational materials, frameworks, recordings, designs, and resources provided by AH Empowers remain the intellectual property of their respective owners unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Purchasing a resource or participating in a program grants access for the stated purpose, not ownership or permission to reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially teach its contents.

You retain ownership of your own original words, stories, creative work, and contributions unless you separately grant permission for their use.

10. Results & Personal Transformation

We create intentional environments for learning, insight, connection, and growth.

We do not guarantee specific personal, spiritual, emotional, financial, business, or other outcomes.

Transformation is not something we do to you. Your choices, circumstances, participation, and integration remain your own.

Our responsibility is to deliver the services and experience described in our agreement with appropriate care and professionalism.

11. Third-Party Providers

Some experiences involve independent venues, lodging providers, transportation companies, facilitators, payment processors, or other collaborators.

Their separate terms may apply when disclosed. We remain responsible for our own commitments and any responsibilities imposed by applicable law.

12. Disagreements & Resolution

We believe in communication before escalation.

If a concern arises, please contact us and provide an opportunity to understand and address it.

We aim to resolve disagreements with transparency, respect, documentation, and good faith.

Nothing in these terms prevents you from exercising your legal rights, contacting applicable regulators, or seeking remedies available under law.

13. Governing Law

These terms are generally governed by the laws of Texas, United States, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Any legally mandatory consumer protections remain in effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our operations, services, or legal obligations.

Material changes affecting an existing purchase will not be applied retroactively without an appropriate legal basis or required consent.

Privacy
Policy

Cosmic

Privacy is an expression of respect.

At AH Empowers, we believe your sovereignty extends beyond your body, choices, and personal journey. It includes your information, your identity, your communications, and your right to understand how your information is being used.

Trust is not something we demand. It is something we cultivate.

This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, and protected when you interact with AH Empowers.

Your Story Belongs to You.

  • Preferences and accessibility requests relevant to an experience

  • Information about membership, course access, and participation

  • Website usage data, cookies, and technical information

  • Photos, recordings, or testimonials when appropriate permission has been obtained

Payment information may be handled by third-party payment processors. We do not require you to disclose sensitive personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary for the stated purpose.

2. Why We Collect Information

We use personal information for legitimate and disclosed purposes, including:

  • Processing registrations, bookings, and purchases

  • Delivering products, services, courses, and event communications

  • Providing customer support

  • Communicating important scheduling or service changes

  • Managing memberships and agreed recurring payments

  • Improving accessibility, safety, and guest experiences

  • Meeting applicable legal, tax, or accounting obligations

  • Sending optional newsletters and marketing communications where permitted

We believe communication should be an invitation, not an intrusion.

3. Your Consent & Choices

You may decline optional information requests or marketing communications.

Where consent is the basis for processing, you may withdraw that consent, subject to applicable legal requirements and the information necessary to fulfill an existing agreement.

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not necessarily stop essential transactional communications related to your purchases or bookings.

4. Sensitive & Personal Information

Some gatherings and programs invite meaningful self-reflection or personal sharing.

We respect the vulnerability that can exist in these spaces.

We seek to collect only information reasonably necessary for the specific activity and to limit access appropriately.

Private stories shared during an event are not automatically marketing content. Any use of identifiable personal experiences, images, or testimonials for promotion requires appropriate permission.

Where sensitive information is necessary for participant safety or accessibility, we will explain why it is requested and how it will be handled.

5. Service Providers & Data Sharing

We may use service providers to support website hosting, registration, payments, email communications, course delivery, booking administration, analytics, and related operations.

These providers may process information to deliver the relevant services.

We do not authorize the sale of your personal stories or confidential session disclosures as promotional assets.

Any use of personal information for advertising, analytics, or other purposes will be governed by the disclosures and choices applicable to those activities.

We may disclose information when required by applicable law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of our services.

6. Cookies & Website Analytics

Our website may use cookies and related technologies to operate essential features, understand website performance, and support optional analytics or marketing.

Where applicable law requires consent for nonessential technologies, we will provide appropriate choices.

You may also manage certain cookie preferences through your browser or website consent settings.

7. Data Security & Retention

We take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.

No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including service delivery, legitimate recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.

8. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • Request access to personal information

  • Correct inaccurate information

  • Request deletion

  • Obtain a copy of eligible information

  • Opt out of certain data uses, including applicable targeted advertising or sale of personal data

  • Withdraw consent where applicable

  • Appeal certain privacy decisions where legally required

To exercise an applicable right, contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising protected privacy rights.

9. Children & Minors

Our website and services are generally directed toward adults unless a particular offering expressly welcomes minors.

Where minors may participate, we will communicate age requirements and obtain appropriate parent or guardian permission when required.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

10. Third-Party Websites

Our website may link to outside services, venues, booking systems, or websites. Those services have their own privacy practices.

We encourage you to review them when sharing information.

11. International Participation

Our experiences may welcome people from different countries.

Where personal information is processed across borders, we will comply with applicable requirements relating to international data handling and individual privacy rights.

Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy

Cosmic

This is where sovereignty and accountability meet. I believe in being generous enough to treat people fairly, while protecting the real costs of holding spaces, reserving venues, hiring collaborators, and preparing experiences.

Clear Agreements. Conscious Commitments. Mutual Respect.

Effective Date: October 18, 2026

An Agreement Rooted in Integrity

At AH Empowers, we recognize that life is unpredictable. Circumstances change, needs evolve, and sometimes what once felt aligned no longer does.

We honor your freedom to make choices about where you place your time, energy, attention, and resources.

We also recognize that every confirmed booking carries real commitments: reserved spaces, preparation, planning, staffing, and financial obligations.

Our refund and cancellation agreements are designed to respect both realities.

1. General Principles

We communicate applicable prices, deposits, refund deadlines, and cancellation conditions before purchase.

A cancellation request should be submitted in writing to our customer service email.

Unless a specific offering states otherwise, the proposed standard terms below apply.

Nothing in this policy limits refunds, remedies, or cancellation rights required by applicable law.

2. In-Person Events, Workshops & Gatherings

For standard one-day events, workshops, and community gatherings:

  • 7 or more days before the event: Full refund, less any clearly disclosed nonrefundable processing fees where legally permitted.

  • 3–6 days before the event: Credit toward another eligible AH Empowers offering of equal value, valid for 12 months.

  • Fewer than 72 hours before the event: No standard refund or credit, except where required by law or expressly agreed.

If you are unable to attend, you may request a transfer to another eligible participant before the event begins, subject to capacity, participation requirements, and our written approval.

An unused ticket or missed event does not automatically qualify for a refund.

3. Multi-Day Retreats & Immersive Experiences

Retreats often involve advance venue commitments, accommodations, transportation coordination, catering, and facilitator reservations.

The following proposed standard applies unless an individual retreat specifies different terms:

  • 60 or more days before arrival: Refund of amounts paid, excluding any deposit clearly disclosed as nonrefundable at checkout.

  • 30–59 days before arrival: Refund of 50% of payments made beyond the disclosed nonrefundable deposit.

  • Fewer than 30 days before arrival: No standard refund.

  • After the retreat begins: No refund for voluntarily unused portions or early departure.

Any nonrefundable deposit amount must be explicitly disclosed before payment.

We strongly encourage participants to consider suitable travel insurance where applicable.

Travel, flights, passports, visas, and other independently purchased arrangements remain the responsibility of the traveler unless specifically included in the booking agreement.

4. Digital Products, Downloads & Self-Paced Courses

Digital resources, downloadable materials, recorded trainings, workbooks, and self-paced educational products are generally nonrefundable once access has been delivered, unless the offering includes a specific guarantee or applicable law requires otherwise.

If you experience a technical issue, receive an incorrect product, or cannot access a purchased resource, please contact us so we can provide assistance or an appropriate remedy.

5. Live Programs, Mentorship & Private Sessions

Private coaching, consulting, facilitation, and mentorship may involve preparation and reserved calendar time.

Individual sessions: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to request rescheduling without an additional fee. Requests within 48 hours may be subject to the applicable booking terms.

Multi-session packages and group programs: Cancellation, payment obligations, refunds, and access will be governed by the specific written program or package agreement presented before purchase.

Custom production and consulting contracts: Deposits, completed work, third-party expenses, project milestones, postponements, and termination terms will be outlined in the signed service agreement.

Where a specific written agreement differs from this general policy, the applicable offering-specific terms control to the extent permitted by law.

6. Memberships & Recurring Subscriptions

Membership pricing, billing frequency, inclusions, and renewal terms are disclosed before enrollment.

You may cancel future recurring membership renewals through the available account controls or by contacting us.

Cancellation stops future charges according to the disclosed billing and cancellation schedule. It does not automatically refund the current billing period.

Any minimum-term commitments must be clearly disclosed and expressly agreed to before enrollment.

We will honor applicable subscription cancellation and consumer protection laws.

7. If AH Empowers Cancels an Offering

If we cancel a paid event or service and do not provide the purchased service, you will be offered a refund of the amount paid for the unprovided service or an alternative option you may voluntarily accept, consistent with applicable law.

If we reschedule an event, we will provide the new details and communicate available options. If you cannot attend a materially rescheduled event, you may request a refund for the affected service.

We do not require you to accept an alternative experience in place of a refund to which you are legally entitled.

8. Extraordinary Circumstances

Illness, travel disruptions, severe weather, venue emergencies, and other unexpected circumstances will be addressed according to the applicable agreement, specific circumstances, and governing law.

We encourage early communication and will consider reasonable solutions where possible.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will ordinarily be initiated within 10 business days of approval, using the original payment method where practicable.

Additional time may be required for banks or payment processors to complete the transaction.

10. Physical Product Returns

If physical products are offered, their product listings will include applicable return eligibility, condition requirements, deadlines, and shipping responsibilities.

Unless an offering states otherwise, eligible unused physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, with return shipping paid by the customer.

Items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from their description will be addressed in accordance with applicable law.

Items identified as final sale, customized, or perishable will have clearly disclosed return restrictions, subject to applicable legal rights.

11. How to Request Support

Please include your name, order or booking details, and the reason for your request.

Email: ashleigh@aumars.com
Website: https://ahempowers.me

Integrity moves in both directions.

You have the freedom to make aligned choices. We have the responsibility to communicate our commitments clearly, deliver what we promise, and honor the agreements we create together.

Shipping, Fulfillment & Delivery Policy

Cosmic

This one matters because our business delivers much more than physical products. Your experiences, memberships, consulting, mentorship, recordings, and resources all have a fulfillment process.

How Your Experience, Service, or Resource Reaches You

Effective Date: October 18, 2026

The Experience Begins Before You Arrive

At AH Empowers, we believe that the way something is delivered matters just as much as what is being delivered.

Whether you purchase a digital resource, reserve your place in a gathering, enroll in a mentorship program, or collaborate with us on an immersive experience, we are committed to making the next steps clear.

1. Event & Retreat Registrations

Following a successful booking, you will receive a confirmation through the contact method associated with your registration, generally by email.

Your confirmation or subsequent participant communication will provide applicable details such as:

  • Event or retreat name and dates

  • Venue or meeting location, when appropriate for disclosure

  • Check-in or arrival instructions

  • Included services

  • Preparation information

  • Additional participation or travel requirements

For private-location events, the address may be shared after registration and sufficiently in advance of arrival.

Unless expressly included in the purchased package, transportation and travel arrangements are not provided.

2. Digital Products & Downloads

Digital products are generally delivered electronically through an order confirmation, email, secure download link, or designated learning platform.

The specific method and expected access time will be disclosed on the product or checkout page.

If your product is not accessible within the stated delivery period, please contact us.

3. Online Courses, Programs & Memberships

Access to online courses, digital learning libraries, and membership platforms will be provided according to the enrollment terms.

Some resources are available immediately upon enrollment; others may be released on scheduled dates.

Each product page will disclose whether the offering is live, self-paced, time-limited, or delivered in stages.

Membership benefits remain available according to the applicable subscription tier and current membership status.

4. Private Sessions, Consulting & Mentorship

Sessions and consulting services are delivered remotely or in person as specified during booking.

Scheduling information, meeting links, and preparation instructions are provided after booking or in accordance with the individual service agreement.

Custom production, design, and strategy projects will have deliverables, milestones, and timelines defined in their respective written agreements.

5. Physical Products

If AH Empowers offers physical merchandise or other shippable goods, each listing will disclose applicable shipping costs, destinations, preparation time, and estimated delivery time before checkout.

Orders will be shipped within the stated timeframe. If no timeframe is specified, we will follow the applicable legal shipping deadline.

If delivery cannot be completed within the promised timeframe, we will provide any legally required delay notice and cancellation or refund choices.

When available, tracking information will be provided.

Applicable customs duties, taxes, or other charges will be disclosed as required.

6. Delivery Challenges

If you have not received a confirmation, access link, shipment, or other promised deliverable, please check your email and spam folder and contact us for assistance.

If an item or service is not delivered as promised, we will work toward an appropriate remedy consistent with your agreement and applicable law.

7. Changes & Communication

We will communicate material delivery or scheduling changes as promptly as reasonably possible.

For retreats and events, weather, venue needs, travel conditions, and other circumstances may occasionally affect logistics. We will communicate the impact and your options under the applicable agreement.
